Devyach (also know as a 9channel) - is a site and weeb larp group in Steam[1], which was created by Carter. Devyach claims to be the “first Russian imageboard” (there is simply no information about the existence of the site until 2019). This LARP gave rise to KolymaNET and the personality "Kuz" on the Internet. As a imageboard it really existed, but only in the early twenties. There is also a Ukrainian board 9ch, which has nothing to do with Carter’s “Devyach”.
