Flagging is a type of booru vandalism/spamming where someone makes a bunch of low effort gemstones of a variant by photoshopping country flags into the 'jak. Its main purpose is to inflate the variant's post count, which makes many "people" dilate.[1]
When they somehow run out of countries they also may start editing in American state flags, political ideologies or gender flags.
