Archaism

From Soyjak Wiki, The Free Soycyclopedia

In 'Jakspeakology, an archaism is an outdated or obsolete word that was once the dominant term, but has since fallen completely out of use in favor of a newer term. Due to variants in the language of both /qa/ and /soy/, some terms may have multiple archaisms, and other archaisms may be preserved in the etymologies of other terms.

People who use archaic terms are either oldtroons trying to brag about being an oldtroon, or more likely a newcuck attempting to larp as an oldtroon after reading the Wiki. This advice also applies to all internet terminology outside of 'Jakspeak.

Examples

Soyak -> Soyjak (Still sees limited use for Booru naming.)
