Fetus Soyjak is a legendary soyjak image of a fetus with the face of a soyjak crying.
According to the same Anon the Soyjak was first seen in /tv/.
The Soyjak was decided to be legendary by an Anon on /qa/ that kept asking for it in days and wouldn't give up until he got it.
There are rumors of the image being cursed and killing anyone that posts it, thus explaining why it didn't get as popular as the other edits, the fact that the person that asked for fetus soyjak disappeared instead of posting it over and over again AND the fact I wasn't able to post the original post compilation without an error. AlTHOUGH that has yet to be researched at the asylum.
