Nigger Cow is a cow that says 'Nigger.'[1] To be more exact, it is the first result for "cow" on google images[2]: the Guernsey cow featured on the Encylopedia Britannica page for "cow."[3] It is posted to troll people on soyjak.party.
Cracker Cow
A variant of the aforementioned cow. It says 'cracker' instead. Like the file name suggests, the posted image is the album cover of Pink Floyd's Atom Heart Mother. Was used in a GET steal. Cracker cow is commonly posted as a form of opposite fagging. For extra lulz points one may also use the shitting cow seen on Cattle Decapitation's Humanure album - which bears extreme resemblance to the Atom Heart Mother cover.

The earliest known instance of nigger cow posting dates back to the 10th of July 2021 during the height of /qa/[4]. While what inspired the original nigger cow poster to start posting is a mystery, soytorians have proposed that the joke originated from a now forgotten /mu/ meme where users would post various photos of cows, including the brown-guernsey-cow image, a reference to the fact that /mu/ can be pronounced as "moo"[5]. This often included references to the album cover of Atomic Heart Mother, giving a possible origin to Cracker cow as well.
While the out of /mu/ theory is compelling it has yet to be properly peer-reviewed by other soystorians.
Trivia
According to Britannica, the guernsey cow pictured is in fact pregnant[6]. Xhe is also black, trans and beautiful.
