Soy-5007 is a highly Schizophrenic white male of indeterminate age with an abnormally large brain. 5007 appears to be in a comatose state. On the extremely rare occasions (roughly once every five years) 5007 briefly emerges from his coma, we have been able to learn the following information: 5007's only response when asked his name was "Soot"; he believes there is a constant discussion between many individuals hosted in his head (which has supposedly grown to its current size to store the data of these discussions); he calls the place in which the discussion is hosted "soyjak.party"; nearly all inhabitants of this place are named "Chud".
During his most lucid period of awareness, 5007 explained that the "Chuds" expressed themselves and conversed with words and images that were stored in his brain's memory. However, 5007 appears to suffer from amnesia, causing him to forget all record of the "Chuds"' conversations, within a period that seems to vary from under a week to several months.
Some doctors believe electric shock therapy should be applied to 5007 to "wake him up", however this may be dangerous as his threat level when fully lucid is currently unknown.
Standard observance is all that is recommended at this time, with the warden to be notified immediately if 5007 appears to emerge from his coma.
