If you answered "A", you would be correct! Remember, while a faction of 'p spammers are unironic pedophiles, many of them are doing it simply to get attention. Even if you call them out on their behaviour whilst saging the thread, you are still giving them what they want. Sending a normal reply is even worse because the bumped thread will attract the attention of even more 'teens who don't bother to go past the first few pages. Simply report the post and delete your browser cache.
If you answered "F", you should go to your local police station, turn yourself in, and bring your devices as well!
For those who chose choice "E”, know that taking this route will result in one of two unfavourable outcomes: 1. your tip will be dismissed due to lack of supporting information 2. your tip will alert the FBI to the danger of the site as a whole. Remember: don't always try to be an hero.
The more replies that the 'p post garners, the more notable it becomes, and increases the likelihood that like-minded attention-starving jagoffs will repeat this process.
Remember, it is the job of the jannies and mods to clean up and moderate the site around the clock at an intense level. When 'p is spotted by a member of the sharty staff, their job is to first remove the obscene image, then archive the post onto a private database, send a tip to the authorities along with helpful and accessible information to identify the poster such as their IP address, before finally deleting the post as a whole. Only on very rare occasions does the staff not perform all of these steps in a swift and efficient manner (see: dinosaurgate).
