In this page, 'teens will share their personal booru archives until Godgeleno seeds his own or something I found this one https://archive.org/details/boorufiles It will be hard to find the 'jaks, though, as they aren't tagged.
Boorufiles only has 16k jaks, soybooru has more but nobody's seeding DOE.
There is reported to be another archive, although as of yet no 'een is seeding it.
