Roblox Chicken Nugget or Gegagedigedagedago refers to a series of videos and memes in which a chicken nugget with the Roblox man face sings and dances along to a variety of songs, including a rendition of "Cotton Eye Joe." The meme, which is similar to the 'Feliz Navidad' Among Us meme, first started appearing on TikTok around August 2023, becoming increasingly viral leading into 2024.

Origin

Although the origin of the meme is unconfirmed, one of the earliest known videos of a Roblox man face nugget singing was posted by TikToker @wenonugget on August 22nd, 2023, in which the nugget sings "I Got You (I Feel Good)" by James Brown, garnering over 12,000 views in six months.

The TikToker continued to post videos featuring the nugget singing various songs over the following months, dedicating the account to the meme. On September 3rd, they posted a version of the meme to TikTok that gained over 3.2 million views in five months. On September 29th, they posted a version to TikTok where the nugget sings "Cotton Eye Joe" that gained over 1.9 million views in the same span of time.

The TikToker inspired others to post similar videos featuring the singing Roblox nugget, many set to "Cotton Eye Joe." On January 28th, 2024, TikToker @nallythecreator posted a version that gained over 70,000 views in five days. On January 29th, TikToker @kellanbigmoney posted a version of the meme that gained over 2.5 million views in four days.
