Kolsyetmol

The Kolsyetmol Engineers Committee, or Kolsyetmol for short, also sometimes known as the Kolyma Youth, was a youth program by Kolyma Network Corporation in which young members (under the age of 20) are taught how to program in PHP. Other topics such as IRC are touched upon within the program. Within the sharty, although the program was heavily promoted, it is also shrouded with mystery.[1]
