My Wife Chino refers to specific type of board culture on /qa/'s catalogue, involving Chino Kafuu from Is the Order a Rabbit? (Also known as ご注文はうさぎですか? in Japanese). The typical format of these posts are images involving the character, proceeded by text that reads "my wife chino".
Due to the amount of chino impersonators that spam /qa/ everyday with these kinds of posts, many variations of the format will crop up from time to time. Some examples of these would include "My wife [...]", "My husband [...]", "My wife Chino [has/is/will] [...]" or just following the normal format of the original post while posting a character that isn't Chino.
