I respect him for having a change of heart but the amount of damage this guy has singlehandedly caused to the 'ru is irreversible, this guy is a part of soy history and there is no changing that.

I might make an actual page for Latinx after the Donald page, redirecting Spic to it might stop most newgods from ending up on this page by accident. As for deleting it? We're not Kiwifarms, so if there was any personal information, or if there is anything that could reasonably out Satoko to anyone in his actual life, it should go.
