i might've found a clue on finding the oldest use of slf. on oldestsearch.com, i looked up "selfish little fuck" and it brought me to an interview of Catherine Keener by new york magazine. it states that it was posted on April 13th of 2010, but obviously it's a pretty broad insult so its not THE first instance of it but atleast its a start

Disagreement With Merge

There are far too many pages that link to this one (most of the list is due to the variant template, but editors do use the term and hyperlink it quite often). If it was merged, it would be somewhat confusing and disruptive. I think a distinguish should be used instead. --SprokemowerMan (talk) 15:51, 2 April 2024 (EST)
