i might've found a clue on finding the oldest use of slf. on oldestsearch.com, i looked up "selfish little fuck" and it brought me to an interview of Catherine Keener by new york magazine. it states that it was posted on April 13th of 2010, but obviously it's a pretty broad insult so its not THE first instance of it but atleast its a start
