- The "dailyjak" hadn't been changed in 2 months so I thought that perhaps it's because it's not very obvious how to do so, or that it takes too much effort to navigate to the page. It was likely within his knowledge that the Roskomnadzor (Роскомнадзор) were onto him. Роскомнадзор, is a branch of the Federal Security Services in Russia, they are esentially internet police + FBI.
