It is meant to be used inside <ref>...</ref> tags.

Argument Description Example
board The board name, without slashes. soy
no The post number. 2480
title
  • If the post has a subject, use the subject line.
  • If the post doesn't have a subject, use the first line, or first few lines (fewer is better), separated with slashes (" / ").
  • Otherwise, omit this argument. (No caption) will be automatically inserted by the template.

  • The date the post was submitted. Hover the mouse over relative dates, such as "N days/months ago" to view the exact day.
  • Not the date on which the page was archived.
  • Use MM/DD/YYYY or Month DD, YYYY.
