I am pretty sure when the page mentions lolkek as admin it means admin of the booru (p.s there is a x and string icon for leaving a signature, which is represented as squiggly lines in the editor) --SprokemowerMan (talk) 09:38, 6 September 2023 (EST)

I read the archives, turns out it's actually true, lolkek was promoted to Admin in vichan at a point: https://web.archive.org/web/20220713042208/https://soyjak.party/suggest//res/16294.html#16890 .
