Alex Sazonov is an innocent Russian man who got permabanned from Wikipedia for the crime of asking a poorly worded question about electricity. Some say Wikipedia's jannies are seething about him to this very day. The United Nations Human Rights Commission has announced a formal investigation into this matter and declared Sazanov a "Prisoner of Conscience".
