History

You WILL fill this section with relevant information NOW

On December 8th of 2016, a channel named Oxfordshire Drum & Bass uploaded "DJ JUICY 04-11-2016 (NEUROFUNK)", a 20-minute long playlist video of his favourite Drum & Bass tracks or something[it just is, ok?]. The video itself[1] is very niche, having lesser than 130 views as of 12/19/2023.

On July, 2023[it just is, ok?] some chuds found out about the video[it just is, ok?], which gained attention for featuring a static image of a drawing that somewhat resembles a modern soyjak. Apparently, the discovery was a stroke of sheer luck considering how obscure the video was. The image was later documented to the 'ru[2] where it was tagged as a "proto-soyjak".

Status as IAS

It's status as IAS is disputed, but it has several qualifying features:

  • Anti-aliased
  • Open mouth
  • Glasses

However, it lacks a beard and a balding, which are signature marks of a modern soyjak.

A few 'jak purists qualify it as NAS. However, in comparison to chudjak, which has been qualified as IAS, it even has one more common soyjak feature that isn't present on the former.

That being said, you VILL IASsify this image. And you vill also find the archive of the original thread from 6 months ago where this was found.
