Doctos is a funny edit of the Classic Soyjak, depicting him as shocked. He has grey eyes, a grey toungue and an ear.
He is often posted by self-inserters to express shock and being scared. He is also attached to posts with ridiculous non-existent web addresses that would be shocking if they were to be real, such as [1] (even though this one is real and weird, it is probably just the Copy program found on Unix-likes).
