Eggs are an ARYAN superfood that has steriods or whatever the fitness youtuber said. They're very healthy for you because of the healthy fats and protein. Also trannies use the term "egg" to describe people who have an interest in changing their gender AKA someone that has Autogynephilia or Autoandrophilia if they're a woman (very rare).
How to crack them
Drop the egg on a flat surface so that it splits, then pull the top part and the bottom part away from each other. Do NOT be a retard that cracks on a bowl because that shoots egg shells into your egg which is le bad.
