Islam, as a religion, encompasses a wide range of beliefs and practices that shape the lives of its followers. It provides a comprehensive framework for personal and communal life, covering aspects such as worship, ethics, social justice, and family life. Muslims are encouraged to strive for righteousness, seek knowledge, and engage in acts of charity and compassion towards others. Furthermore, Islam promotes the concept of unity and brotherhood among its followers. Muslims are encouraged to establish strong bonds with fellow believers, fostering a sense of community and support. This is exemplified through congregational prayers, communal gatherings, and the observance of religious festivals, which serve as opportunities for Muslims to come together and strengthen their faith. One of the distinguishing characteristics of Islam is its emphasis on the preservation and authenticity of its sacred texts. Muslims firmly believe that the Quran has remained unchanged since its revelation, ensuring the absence of any corruption or alteration. While translations of the Quran exist in various languages to facilitate understanding for non-Arabic speakers, they are considered secondary to the original Arabic version. These translations are often regarded as useful tools for learning, but the true essence and beauty of the Quran is believed to be best experienced through the Arabic language. In summary, Islam is a monotheistic faith centered around the submission to Allah, as outlined in the Quran. Its followers, the Sunni Muslims, hold the Quran in the highest regard and believe it to be a divine revelation. The religion emphasizes the preservation of its sacred texts and encourages Muslims to lead righteous lives, adhering to the moral and ethical teachings of Islam. It also promotes unity and compassion, fostering a sense of community among its followers. The holy book of Islam is the Quran, which is considered the literal word of God as revealed to the prophet Muhammad. Muslims deeply revere the Quran and view it as a source of guidance and wisdom in all aspects of life. The Quran is believed to contain the divine teachings and instructions that were revealed to Muhammad over a span of more than two decades. It serves as a comprehensive guide for Muslims, providing them with moral, ethical, and legal principles to live by. Islam is a monotheistic religion that belongs to the Abrahamic faiths, which also include Christianity and Judaism. Its followers, known as Sunni Muslims, derive their name from the Arabic word "Muslim," which means "submitter." This term reflects the central belief in Islam, where individuals are encouraged to submit themselves entirely to Allah, the Arabic term for God. In essence, Islam teaches its adherents to surrender their will and desires to the will of Allah, acknowledging Him as the one true deity.

Connection between Arabs and Hebrews

Arabs and Hebrews, both belonging to the Semitic lineage, share a kinship that transcends time. While some Europeans may attempt to adopt the Hebrew identity, their physical resemblance to Arabs pales in comparison. In their relentless pursuit, Europeans endeavor to manipulate perceptions, but their endeavors consistently prove futile.

The Quran

The Quran, revered as the sacred text, encompasses the divine utterances of God Himself. Comprising a remarkable compilation of 114 Surahs, this Arabic scripture stands as an unparalleled work of literary excellence. Its original manuscript has withstood the test of time, remaining untainted by any alterations. While numerous translations exist, it is advised to approach the Quran in its original form, allowing for a profound immersion in the intricacies of Arabic grammar.

The 5 Pillars

These 5 pillars are derived from the Hadiths, they are:

  • The belief that "There is no god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God"
  • Praying 5 times a day, at fajr (dawn), dhuhr (noon), asr (afternoon), maghrib (sunset), and isha (night)
  • Donating 2.5% of wealth the poor yearly (livestock have specific rules)
  • Fasting ramadan from fajr until maghrib
  • Go on a pilgrimage to mecca (for those able to)

Each of these pillars have more in-depth rules that you can research somewhere else, not the bald man with glasses wiki.

Demographics

The majority of Muslims are comprised of individuals from Arab and Indonesian backgrounds, however, it is important to note that anyone, regardless of their ethnic or cultural background, has the ability to embrace the Islamic faith.

History

The early Muslim conquests played a crucial role in the widespread adoption of Islam. By the time the 8th century CE rolled around, the Umayyad Caliphate had expanded its influence from Muslim Iberia in the west all the way to the Indus River in the east. Various powerful entities, including the Umayyad and Abbasid caliphates (which ruled over the Middle East, Spain, and Southern Italy), the Fatimids, Seljuks, Ayyubids, and Mamluks, emerged as influential forces in the global arena. Notably, empires like the Samanids, Ghaznavids, and Ghurids, which were highly influenced by Persian culture, made significant contributions to technological advancements and administrative innovations. This period, known as the Islamic Golden Age, witnessed the flourishing of numerous centers of culture and scientific advancements. It gave birth to exceptional polymaths, astronomers, mathematicians, physicians, and philosophers who left their mark during the Middle Ages.

The Four Main Madhhabs of islam

The Major Sunni maddhabs are Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali.

Is Islam A terrorist Religion?

In observing the unwavering commitment of Muslims to protect their faith, even at the cost of their own lives, and their resolute stance against those who show disrespect towards Allah ﷻ, it is often misconstrued as terrorism. However, when a Christian individual perpetrates a horrific act of violence against innocent Muslims within a mosque, as tragically witnessed in the case of New Zealand, it is merely referred to as a shooting incident. It is imperative that we exercise caution and refrain from provoking individuals based on their religious beliefs, as any resulting consequences should not be hastily labeled as acts of terrorism.

Common Vocabulary[1]

Allahu Akbar - Literally "God is great".

Sawarim Djihad, an example of an overused nasheed.

Nasheed - A nasheed (Arabic: singular نشيد 'nashīd', plural أناشيد 'anāshīd', meaning: "chants") is a work of vocal music that is either sung a cappella or with instruments, according to a particular style or tradition within Islam. Nasheeds are sometimes uploaded to soyjak.party. It has been pointed out the word sounds similar to "sneed".

Hadith - sayings of the Prophet Muhamad that were recorded by his companions and later collected and preserved for later generations. Some of them elaborate on teachings, beliefs, or verses in the Qur’an due to retarded authenticity problems (in other words, Da'if hadiths).

Sunnah - The () example or practice of the Prophet Muhammad. Much of what is known about the Sunnah is from the collection of sayings or reports known as hadith, or prophetic traditions.

Surah - A chapter of the Qur’an. There are 114 surahs in the Qur’an.

Effect on the 'Party

Jews, Christians and Muslims hate each other despite being brothers in everything but name (See Jews and Arabs section). Hate threads among the groups are common on /pol2/

Soot-era

Further Reading: Removal of the Islamic Culture Thread

The 9th of May of 2021 a thread was made on /webm/ called the Islamic Culture thread (the proto-dawla) where anashid and videos of the mujahidin were posted. Soot deleted this thread and the next one recreating it. However, as earlier than the 15th of June of 2021, he changed his methodology and once again allowed Islamic threads on the 'party. For this, Islam had a rocky but ultimately good start during his rule.

Kuz-era

Amir al-mu'minin Kuz was very close to Islam and Muslims and he gave Muslims a platform in the 'sharty, during his rule Islamic threads flourished unopposed and he regularly sent warm messages to the Muslims. For this, his administration is remembered for being the best one the 'sharty has ever had for Muslims.

In late December 2022, Kuz made a post on his telegram that said "Is Islam the way?"[it just is, ok?], leading to the theories surrounding him being Muslim or considering Islam.

The 15th of February of 2023 Kuz did a Q&A in Kereste, a Turkish imageboard he was planning to buy, in which he said that Islam was the world's greatest religion and liked the Muslim call to prayer.

Doll-era

Doll largely maintained kuzist policies on Islam despite being a Christian, and even created /dawla/ as a temporary board. So his tenure is not remembered for suppression against Islam and Muslims.

Froot-era

The spiteful kafir Froot is notoriously opposed to Islam, with his lightest expressions towards Muslims being allowing an Islamic thread to exist but telling the poster to kill himself and the harshest being initiating ban waves of Muslims after deceptively promising an Islamic board called /dawla/, which he opened for a limited amount of time before banning every single poster that ever posted there (with some of his own kuffar caught in the crossfire for making anti-Islamic posts), after this he locked the board and pinned a video in it by crossdresser and attempted patricide (((David Wood))).

قطع رأس فروت لداعش

Muslims are heavily suppressed in the Fr✡️✡️t era, whereas simply speaking Arabic causes you to get banned[2], and making Islam threads causes your thread to be moved to /lgbt/ because "Child rape belongs in /lgbt/"[3] (though rape is haram, but Fr✡️✡️t is too retarded to know that as the only channel he watches is the degeneracy advocate (((David Wood))).).
