Frutiger Aero is an aesthetic defined by heavy usage of gradients, bright colors, and skeuomorphism. It is commonly associated with Windows Vista/7, the first iPhone, and XBOX LIVE on the XBOX 360.

Frutiger is beloved by plenty of soyboys, and is included in the Biblically Accurate Angels copypasta. Since it's associated with the mid-to-late 2000's, there is a nostalgia element to these feelings.
