My Wife Chino refers to specific type of spam on /qa/'s catalogue, involving Chino Kafuu from Is the Order a Rabbit? (Also known as Ching Chong Bing Bong in Japanese). The typical format of these posts are images involving the character, proceeded by text that reads "my wife chino".
Due to the amount of /a/nons that used to post on /qa/ everyday with these kinds of posts, many variations of the format will crop up from time to time. Some examples of these would include "My wife [...]", "My husband [...]", "My wife Chino [has/is/will] [...]" or just following the normal format of the original post while posting a character that isn't Chino.
