Namefags are imageboard users that give themselves names in order to be recognized as an individual poster, as opposed to remaining anonymous. This feature can be used by filling out the name box before posting, if the imageboard engine allows it.
Tripfags are a subset of namefags that have unique tripcodes that cannot be used by anyone else, while names can be changed and altered at any point.
Avatarfags are users that post certain images in order to be recognized as a poster, i.e. using an "avatar" as you would on other sites. May or may not be a namefag/tripfag.
