moot, also known as jartycuck, or jack for short, is a namefag who is allegedly the person responsible for all the false-flagging alt accounts on the 'booru. Xe's a 'teen from the jarty that is very, very obsessed with Soytan[1]. He is mainly responsible for almost all new Soytan posts posted in the 'ru, and constantly PMs any active namefag (commonly countrywarriors) asking what they think of Soytan and the new drawings. He has an uncountable number of alt accounts and claims have stated that he is a foodist that is actively trying to doxx any person that participates in countrywars, the reason is unknown. His biggest victims are Italian_Chad, Satoko houjou fan and Albert.
