Response to deletion proposal

Reason: Does a meme forced by literally one guy (and maybe his discord e-friends) deserve a wiki page? specially when its whole function is to be obnoxious and rage bait?.

First, I want to call attention that there is one redeeming thing about this page, is it's documenting something that is happening in imageboards, something that is barely documented. Yes it's a forced meme, everyone hates those. The problem with forced memes is well, they're forced, you're forced to see them past the point they've become annoying. It's clear nobody likes the meme. I think Petra should not be deleted, but also should not be linked frequently in other pages so the only people who find the page searched for it.

Deletion

The frequent vandalism lends to the idea that it's notable enough to get a page (a low bar to clear). It's definitely forced by one poster, but that doesn't take away from this brimstone's noteriety. Different avatars and, even quotes get their own page, why not this one?
Besides, jannies btfo it instantly every time it's posted and I never see it anymore, except on the /q/ thread complaining about bans. It'll probably stop being posted by next month, meaning everyone will stop impulsively seething about it.
I tolerate Petra enough that I wouldn't remove it if it was my choice. I think documenting something takes precedence over how how we feel about it.
I relent to say that I don't care that much either way, but I'd be a little disappointed if this page got deleted.

Don't delete it. Its horrid nas coal and no one likes it. But its on the site and people should be allowed to hate and disrespect terrible coal that no one likes. Thats just my thoughts though.
