Cirno is a character from the Touhou series of games.

The Cirno sticky post on /tv/.

She is notable infamous on soyjak.party for three reasons:

• She is featured in the OP of a months-old sticky thread on /tv/. However, the post features a public 'nishment.
• Being featured in the 100000 GET on /soy/. However, the thread containing the GET was quickly removed.
• One or more Cirno spammers (see below), who most likely single-handedly ruined the reputation of the character on this website, and conditioned jannies to have a knee-jerk reaction to wipe all Cirno posts on sight.

Answer: He raided soyjak.party by himself with cirno, and in the beginning the site was so dead that he just wiped all boards, he has done it since day 1 of the party but he has long stopped doing it
