Anton Maximov✡, or yuka, was the director of the NSS and current owner of the Yuriy-Kuznetsov Trust. On the Sharty, he has posted under the handle Max ## Admin.
He is currently a controversial figure because he's selling Sharty to the highest bidder, which could result in the Coal That Destroyed The Sharty of it ends up in the wrong hands.
