Nigger Cow is a cow that says 'Nigger.'[1] To be more exact, it is the first result for "cow" on google images[2]: the Guernsey cow featured on the Encylopedia Britannica page for "cow."[3] It is posted to troll people on soyjak.party.

This often included references to the album cover of Atomic Heart Mother, giving a possible origin to Cracker cow as well.
While the out of /mu/ theory is compelling it has yet to be properly peer-reviewed by other soystorians.
