Transliteration is the practice of writing the characters of one script in another script. Several transliteration systems are employed at soyjak.wiki, typically for the purpose of rendering a language not written in the Latin script into such.

Transliteration of Cyrillic

The following systems (collectively known as Soyentific Transliteration)[1] are used for transliterating Cyrillic text on soyjak.wiki. The Russian and Ukrainian systens are unique from other systems in that they have a one-to-one correspondence with the Cyrillic, with no ambiguity between letters such as Е, Ё, and Э. The Serbian system is the standard Gaj's Latin Alphabet used for writing Serbo-Croatian in the Latin script; the digraphs Lj, Nj, and Dž are all considered to be single letters.

I

An unbreakable union of free republics,

Great Russia has been sealed forever.

Long live, the creation by the people's will,

The united, mighty Soviet Union!

Chorus:

Be glorified, our free Motherland,

Reliable stronghold of the people's friendship!

The Party of Lenin – the strength of the people,

Leads us to the triumph of Communism!

II

Through storms, the sun of freedom shined on us,

And Great Lenin illuminated our path!

To a righteous cause, he raised the people

To labor and achievements, we were inspired!

Chorus

III

In the victory of Communism's immortal ideas,

We see the future of our country!

And to the red banner of the glorious Motherland,

We will always be devotedly true!

Chorus
