Dr. Soyinivovich is a doctor who has a PhD in Psychiatry and Treatment of Mental Illnesses. He's been assigned to work at the Mental Asylum. He was immediately hired[1] in 2023 after he sent his resume to apply for a position in the institution. He's currently in an internship with Dr. Soyer as his mentor. He's in charge of the treatment of patients 2985 and 1940-1960 during his internship due to their low threat level. He takes notes about his patients but rarely publishes them online.
