jakparty.soy is a dead[2][3], Ukrainian splinter site offshoot of soyjak.party created by Soot loyalists after The Great Purchase. Users of jakparty.soy hold fast that Soot never sold the sharty and that Soot shall once return from the mist of the dawn upon a steed, in his unwavering believers' greatest hour of need.
The offshoot hasn't carved out a niche for itself, just as soyjak.party in its beginnings had a relationship to /qa/ that was arguably parasitic.
