Dr E (Short for doctor evil or doctor Eduardo) is the new administrator of the Sharty. Doll might sell it to him to repay his debts to the people who donated and repay his own debt. Doll will still be admin or manager alongside E.

Dr E made stickied thread №4401341 saying he may buy the site and asking what he's up for and if the users will be putting up with him. He made it as "Chud ## Admin". He says that he doesn't know much about the site, soyjacks [sic] and about imageboard running but that it looks friendly to him and that he's buying it for monetary opportunities. He claims that he is running a legal mushroom business on Tor called Emporium which he will advertise.
