ロボロボ (Roborobo) from the Animaker

PoyoPoyo GIF Animaker (ぽよぽよGIFアニマカー, a question meaning: Bouncing GIF Anime?) is a web service that allows one to make bouncy or otherwise animated versions of their favorite soyjaks. Other images will be processed but more slowly.

The site is a joint venture between the Swedish and Croatian governments. The existence of this partnership has been contested, but by visual inspection, it becomes clear that something must be up. The letters before "GIF" are obviously in a different language than the ones after it.

Note that animated versions of Pointing Soyjak, despite usually having a PoyoPoyo watermark, were created using more than just this service because the service does not support animating only parts of images.
