Touhou, also known as Trannyhou to commemorate its audience, is a fictional group of anime girls that are very popular on the hell pits of 4chan such as /jp/ and /bant/. Some schizos off their meds may try to tell you that these characters actually come from a series of video games but this conspiracy theory has been debunked by Snopes and other independent fact checkers. There are also some Touhou related 'jaks.
