An example of a Chud using a descriptive filename and subsequently receiving criticism.

Descriptive Filenames refers to Soyjak images that have unique filenames describing their contents, in contrast to 'jaks that have either procedurally-generated filenames or sequential filenames such as "soy(68).jpg".

Controversy

On soyjak.party, there is a samefagging schizo are some users who dislike descriptive filenames. These users often imply that those who use descriptive filenames are transgender (so far there has been no evidence for this claim and no peer-reviewed studies on the subject have been conducted), sometimes replying to them with transgender Chudjaks. A pejorative epithet for users who use descriptive filenames is "DFNT" (Descriptive FileName Tranny). [1] However, among DFNTs, this acronym has been repurposed and reclaimed to mean Descriptive FileName Triumph, [2] [3] in addition to a modified version, DFNC ( Descriptive FileName Chad).[4] It should also be noted that The Swede, the literal creator of the soyjak, is/was a Descriptive FileName Chad. Recently, most people sneeding about descriptive filenames have moved to da Jarty, where likeminded bitter oldfaggot larpers can seethe about everything without getting called a nigger.
