planet.soyjak.in also known as the 'lanet is the successor to soyjak.earth and was created by Ronald in 2023 and hosted on the 'shiny. It's basically a carbon copy, except botting isn't as big an issue (you don't see 300 proxies appear out of nowhere and shit up the entire canvas, except for that one time where a giant onion shat up the whole canvas before jannies reverted it though).
For several reasons, it's managed to stay alive for longer than soyjak.earth. First, it hasn't gathered as much publicity, so there are less vandals. Second, staff have figured out VPNs and enforce a proxy ban list. There are other reasons, too. Although as of December 19th of 2023, the 'lanet has been down for some days, so it might have died.
Reception
Like other pixelplanet clones, and pixelplanet itself, vandalism is frequent, to varying degrees. The Void faction have been criticized for destroying art, but it's also produced some gems. There's also the problem of botting, which many find frustrating, but it's much less of a problem compared to soyjak.earth. There is a thread dedicated to the conflict factions have with each other, and also an in-game chat that no one uses because you have to log in to use it. Over time, different areas have been claimed by different faction.

History
Soytorians believe that the very first centrepiece at coordinate 0 of the 'lanet was a smoking swede reading a newspaper like the one in the basedjak canvas, this is because earlier screenshots and archives show the same image except drawn over to make him brown and have a bigger nose.[1] [2]

After vandalization.
In its' early history, the top right corner was held by the void faction, but it was later taken by what looked like a picture of a stone brick with an :O ASCIIjak. This was later vandalized with tranny shit and a janny replaced it with a "Hello Discord" image which was later defaced with neo-nazi imagery.
Shilling campaigns from soyzellig.party[3][4][5] and the frog pond have taken over much of the canvas as of October 2023.
The 26th of October a shilling poster was build at X 96 Y -169 to promote Operation Red Balloon.[6]
