As of the latest information available, Root is recognized as an admin of soyjak.party. However, specific details about Root’s activities or background as the admin of soyjak.party are not provided in the available resources. You WILL help by e-mailing Root asking about his views. Summary of Actions

So far, "Rootism" can be defined as a political party that is pro-NAS, pro-interaction, and pro-spam. It can be considered a combination of Dollism and Kuzism. However, the encouragement of spam is unique to Rootism. ROOT's actions have culminated in artificially boosting the Sharty's activity, whether it's intentional, or otherwise.

Rootists are pro-NAS. ROOT has interacted with /qa/, the dedicated NAS board of the Sharty, extensively - more frequently than previous admins have. In mid-April, ROOT has taken the stance of allowing controversial trends, namely Fundamental Paper Education and Spadeson, to be spammed. This lead to protests and riots from soyteens. Notable examples include, "If This Thread Gets X Amount of Replies, Y Gets Banned" threads, The Day The Log Bled, and other forms of protest.

Rootists are pro-spam, which can also be called pro-PPH. In mid-April, ROOT has taken several pro-spam actions. He changed Rule 4 to only prohibit botted spam, while allowing the previously banned manual cattywipes to be executed. The intention is likely to boost the PPH. He also excepted /soy/ from the no catty-wiping rule, which may possibly lead to /soy/'s own Dustbowl, with early indications of such a scenario already present. He also slowly reduced /qa/'s pages to 10, explicitly to increase the board's activity, through a necrobumping minigame.

Rootists are pro-interaction. ROOT frequently interacts with the community. This is evident by the frequent tripfagging and bantext edits. ROOT has started a series of social experiments and interactive minigames. This includes the random-length bans for FPE posters, stickying a thread that announced a /qa/ necrobumping minigame, and turning one of the X gets banned threads into a necrobump minigame, which required soyteens to keep the thread up in order to keep FPE banned from /soy/.

Stances on coal and "nuanced moderation"

Based on publicly divulged information, Root has been accused of being a censor of soyjak.party. Rootists have also been accused of being pro-coal. Though Root's position on coal is not explicitly stated, it can be implied by his actions as janny manager and the things he said ev&oe I have no proof (he said it, though), such as the proposed 50 janny plan (whether this means more or fewer jannies than we currently have is unknown (probably more though.) And leaked top-secret information[1] such as discussion pertaining to the removal of the namefield over janny PMs shows how bitter and jaded he seems to have become. Not to mention "nuanced moderation" and the paragraphs we exchanged shortly before my dismissal as a janny, where we made cop analogies and dumb shit like that. "When you go over the speed limit, you ought to get a ticket" "Some officers see the human side of the problem. I simply don't have the bandwidth for this" "I completely understand your position, you're the one on the receiving end of all these complaints after all, however..." "Thank you for the kind words." "You'll never get laid with that line of stuff, Root" or something like that yeah, I guess that's how it went. Conclusion: For an alleged seasoned shitposter who has been using the 'cuck since 2006, he has a thin fucking skin. Whether this will reflect badly on his future policies remains to be known.

So, Rootism is actually kind of difficult to outline because as far as we know the only person who can provide real information on it (as in, something more detailed than the usual "I think soyjak.party is overmoderated, I like what Root is doing, I support him" or "Rootism = mods lmfao" stuff you can find from just about anyone) is Root himself, and despite the claims made on soyjak.party that he, as admin, is a nice and chill guy who really only wants to do what's best for the site, the fact that he does very little to communicate with users without nametrooning, the accusations that he only interacts with the site to moderate it (as opposed to talking with people or just posting stuff), and the fact that he's basically been ignoring the questions sent to him in the same thread where he advertised the Q&A all say otherwise. So anyway, to actually outline Rootism, one should probably ask Root, but that would require Root to get over himself for a second or two and have an actual interaction with someone on soyjak.party that doesn't involve any sort of moderation. This isn't likely to happen for two reasons. First, Root being an admin means he already has a lot of responsibilities, and if he also has a job, then it might be hard for him to spend a lot of time interacting with soyjak.party users. Second, Root is an asshole, and therefore isn't likely to answer questions if he thinks they might somehow paint him in a bad light. He isn't very likely to answer them even if he doesn't think they'll paint him in a bad light. Therefore, if one were to try to pin down an explanation for Rootism, one would be much better off doing it on the basis of one's own experience. What is Rootism? Whatever you think it is. Is Rootism the belief that soyjak.party needs to be moderated more, because it's just out of control? Yes, Rootism is that. ^obsessed muttzilian above

Dark Rootism

It is NOT real. Schizos who believe it is, including Root himself, fail to understand the basic definitions of soylitics. For a soy ideology to be considered DARK, it must originate from the followers of a FORMER admin. Considering Root is the current admin and was never an admin before, ergo, there is no such thing as Dark Rootism yet.
