On April 4th, 2024, he thought it would be a great idea to force everybody to solve a hCaptcha to even look at the website. This broke [[marge.moe]] and [[archiving]] entirely. Both archive sites can't solve a captcha so you VILL not archive the [[sharty]]. Every thread/change April 4th forward is lost media unless you decide to save the HTML, screenshot it, or download it yourself. The developer's excuse was to "prevent bots raping the site". Codefag was one of the developers of the shemmy. Some, including, Mud, believe he is the current developer of the sharty.[1]
