Abuse
Janitors often abuse their power in order to silence detractors. This happens on most websites.
As of January 2023 Soyjak.party has a vicious moderator who gives out perma'nishments to anyone who disagrees with xer[it just is, ok?] due to an insanely fragile ego, presumably from having a tiny penis.

Although the most commonly proposed etymology of the term refers to 4chan janitors, chudstorians hypothesize that it is a shortening of the Turkish word "janissary", referring to boys kidnapped by Ottoman rapesons, sodomized, circumcised, converted to Islam, and forced to do the Solomon cult's bidding for free.
